Thai EC moves to dissolve party linked to princess

Thailand's Election Commission said today it will ask the constitutional court to dissolve a party that put forward a princess as a prime ministerial candidate, days after the king rebuked the move in a stern royal command.

"The action is considered hostile to the constitutional monarchy," the statement said.
