Sohini Chattopadhyay

Sohini Chattopadhyay is a National Award-winning film critic and an award-winning journalist based in Kolkata, India. Her book on women and sports and citizenship received the New India Foundation fellowship, sponsored by software entrepreneur Nandan Nilekani and mentored by historian Ramachandra Guha, and features the athlete and activist Ila Mitra, who is a hero in Bangladesh for her landmark contribution in the Tebhaga movement.
