Flat, plot, and commercial space sales and bookings worth Tk 403.12 crore have been recorded at this year's REHAB Fair until 5 pm on its closing day today, attracting 17,729 visitors.

Among the transactions, flats accounted for Tk 230 crore, plots for Tk 96 crore, and commercial spaces for Tk 77.12 crore. Additionally, bank commitments worth nearly Tk 1,090 crore were also made during the event.

REHAB leaders expressed satisfaction, stating that the fair achieved its objectives by invigorating the housing sector.

They noted that while direct sales are vital, most participants prioritise branding. This platform allowed companies to showcase their offerings, ensuring future buyer engagement.

Participating companies highlighted their product quality to visitors, fostering confidence in prospective buyers who are expected to finalise their decisions after thorough evaluations.

Industry stakeholders affirmed that such a large gathering of potential customers is achievable only through the REHAB Fair.
