bKash agents can now receive, transfer e-money 24/7 thru agent app

bKash, the leading mobile financial service (MFS) provider of Bangladesh, has launched a new service, named "Automated Cash Management" or "24/7 Cash Management", enabling agents to instantly access e-money from the linked bank accounts of their Agent App to meet customer demands at any time.

The service also offers agents the flexibility to transfer e-money back to these accounts whenever required, ensuring that they can offer digital transaction services to customers round the clock—even on holidays, during festivals, or outside regular banking hours.

To access this service, agents must hold an account with one of the following banks: BRAC Bank, Mutual Trust Bank, Dhaka Bank, City Bank, United Commercial Bank, Prime Bank, Southeast Bank, Eastern Bank, Mercantile Bank, NCC Bank, or Jamuna Bank.

The agent's preferred bank account from these listed banks must be linked to the bKash agent wallet.

It is important to note that the National ID number, date of birth, and Tax Identification Number (TIN) must match across both the agent wallet and the linked bank account.

Now, whether it is day or night, during holidays or peak hours, bKash agents can effortlessly receive and transfer e-money 24/7 via their dedicated Agent App. By utilising the app's "B2B Send (Bank)" and "B2B Receive (Bank)" services, agents can receive and transfer up to Tk 2 lakh daily and Tk 5 lakh monthly.

This enhanced capacity not only boosts the efficiency of agent transactions but also fosters business growth opportunities, while ensuring uninterrupted services for bKash customers across agent points.
