Prime Exchange wins ‘Exemplary Dedication Service Award’

Prime Exchange, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prime Bank, recently won the "Exemplary Dedication Service Award" from Remittance Association Singapore.

The company was recognised for its remarkable contributions to the remittance sector, including innovations in cross-border payment technology, exceptional customer service, and a strong commitment to community support.

Shawn Huang, Singapore's senior parliamentary secretary for education and finance, handed over the award to Mohammed Samiullah, executive director and chief executive officer of Prime Exchange, according to a press release.

The company has significantly enhanced efficiency, security and customer satisfaction by implementing top-notch regulatory practices and advancing financial inclusion for wage earners and migrant communities across Singapore.
