The Generative AI (GenAI) engine, co-created by Banglalink and Google, utilizes advanced natural language processing to provide seamless assistance in English, Bangla, and hybrid languages. Inspired by VEON's AI1440 strategy, which integrates augmented intelligence across operations to improve customer engagement, decision-making, and business efficiency, the initiative underscores Banglalink's commitment to making "AI for All" a reality.
The chatbot enables users to perform tasks such as balance inquiries and package purchases quickly and independently, streamlining customer interactions across the RYZE and MyBL Super App platforms.
