Vivo and Huawei -- Two leading mobile phone brands --have unveiled their two new flagship devices called 'V9 smartphone' and 'Huawei Y9 2018' in Bangladesh.

Priced at Tk 19,590, the much-anticipated flagship device 'Huawei Y9' comes with the following features: 2.3GHz octa-core Kirin 659 processor, has four cameras, Full View display, big battery and three card slots.

Huawei launched the new handset at Six Seasons Hotel in Dhaka today.

As an added attraction, Grameenphone subscribers who will purchase this smartphone will get 4GB free internet data (with 14 days validity), according to a press release.

Customers can also enjoy two-year extended warranty offer by paying an extra Tk 400 while buying this handset, the release adds.

Vivo, on the other hand, launched its all new 'V9 smartphone' yesterday in a ceremony at Le Meredien Hotel Dhaka.

According to its website, this smartphone features Dual-SIM (Micro+Nano), 24-megapixel front shooter for selfies, Funtouch OS 4.0 based on Android 8.1 Oreo,6.3-inch full-HD+ (1080x2280 pixels) IPS 'Full View Display. It is priced Tk 29,000.
