BRAC University turning into Hogwarts

BRAC University is set to organise "Harry Potter Fest 2024" on its campus in Merul Badda from December 7 to 9. In an invitation email to the students, faculty members, and staff, the organisers said, "Our magical celebration invites everyone to embark on an inspiring journey that celebrates internationalism, champions economic prosperity, and promotes climate sustainability." 

As per the schedule provided by the organisers, the event begins on December 7 with the "Sorting Hat Ceremony", "Quidditch", and a cultural segment. On December 8, there will be a magic show, trivia, poster presentation session, an award giving ceremony, and a treasure hunt that will take place in specified areas of the campus. The closing ceremony will also be held that day. Finally, on December 9, there will be multiple Harry Potter movie screening sessions at the campus from 10 AM to 4:30 PM. 

Organisers also expect to have stalls at the campus that will be selling various kinds of Harry Potter merchandise.
