First return Hajj flight lands in Dhaka
The maiden return Hajj flight arrived at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka today.
The flight SV-808 of Saudi Arabian Airlines landed at the airport with 335 Hajj pilgrims at 1:30pm (Bangladesh time), said Tasnim Akhter, manager (public relations) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines.
Later this evening, another flight of Saudi Arabian Airlines SV-3810 landed at Dhaka airport at 8:00pm with 398 Hajj pilgrims, airport sources said.
Meanwhile, the first Hajj return flight of Biman arrived Dhaka at 8:34pm after it took off from Jeddah at 11:34am (Bangladesh time) today with 418 Hajj pilgrims, the sources said.
The second Biman Hajj return flight is expected to land at 6:30am tomorrow morning while another Saudi Arabian flight is expected to arrive at 11:00pm tonight, the sources added.
