Khaleda verdict: Many schools in Dhaka to remain shut tomorrow
The authorities of many English medium schools in Dhaka today declared to remain closed for tomorrow fearing violence centering the verdict of Zia Orphanage Trust graft case against BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia.
Some other schools, however, said the schools will be kept open but it is upon the guardians whether they would send their children.
"All branches of Mastermind School will remain closed following the requests of many parents citing security concerns," a senior administration officer of the school told The Daily Star.
An official of Sunbeams School also said that the school will remain closed tomorrow.
However, Maple Leaf has decided to keep the school open. “But the decision of sending students to school is upon the guardians,” Ali Karam Reza, principal of the school. said.
South Breeze and Sacred Heart have also announced closure.
