Mother of Sheltech and Envoy Group chairman passes away

Ambia Khatun, the mother of Sheltech and Envoy Group Chairman Engr Kutubuddin Ahmed, died at a city hospital this morning at the age of 92.

Khatun, wife of late Sa’daat Ali, a former officer of Bangladesh Telecommunication Board, breathed her last around 7:30am at Square Hospitals Ltd in Dhaka.

She is survived by five daughters and one son. Her namaj-e-janaza will be held after Asr prayers at Nayatola T&T Jam-e-Mosque in Moghbazar area today. She will be buried at Banani graveyard after the final rituals.

Khatun’s Qulkhwani will be held on February 26 (Tuesday) at Gulshan Azad Mosque after Maghrib prayers.
