Mubashar’s mother appeals to find her son
The mother of North South University teacher Mubashar Hasan, who has been missing for over a month now, today appealed for the return of her son.
She wrote an emotional appeal, which was translated and posted on Facebook by her daughter Tamanna Tasmin this afternoon.
“I’ve stopped wiping the never-ending stream of tears off my eyes. In front of guests I freshen up but there’s the same old answer for everyone - NO THERE’S NO INFORMAITON ABOUT HIM,” she wrote in the note.
“Isn’t there anyone in this whole wide world who can help this frustrated family of ours? Can anyone bring my son back to me?” she wrote.
Dr Mubashar Hasan, an assistant professor of School of Humanities and Social Sciences, has been missing since November 7. Police are yet to trace his whereabouts.
Mubashar reportedly became paranoid over his personal security after a man, identifying himself as a student, went to his house on October 25 and searched for him.
