RU 11th convocation on Nov 30

The 11th convocation of Rajshahi University (RU) will be held on November 30 this year.

RU Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Choudhury M Zakaria confirmed the development to our RU correspondent today.

Earlier, the university authorities proposed two dates -- November 30 and December 7, to the president’s office for holding the graduation ceremony.

“Today, the university authorities received the final date in reply for holding the 11th convocation,” said Prof Choudhury M Zakaria.

Further details about registration process or participants will be exposed later, the pro-VC said.

The 10th convocation was held in September 29, last year. A total of 6,014 students, who obtained their masters, MBBS, BDS, MPhil and PhD degrees between 2011 and 2014 from Rajshahi University, attended in the convocation.
