Sitakunda raid: 2 ‘militants’ remanded

A Chittagong court tonight placed two militants on 12-day remand each in connection with four cases filed over Wednesday’s raid at a militant hideout in Sitakunda.
“Judicial Magistrate Hossain Mohammad Reza passed the order around 9:30pm,” court inspector AHM Moshiur Rahman told The Daily Star.

Earlier today, four lawsuits were filed under Arms Act, Anti-Terrorism Act, assault on police and murder attempt with Sitakunda Police Station over Sitakunda raid.
