Youth shot dead, another injured in Dhaka

A youth was shot dead and another suffered bullet wounds after unidentified miscreants opened fire at Dakkhin Badda in Dhaka this evening.

Mofazzal Hossain Raihan, 30, was pronounced dead after he was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, police said.

Another victim, Monu, was taken to Apollo Hospital.

They were playing cards inside a room in the area around 8:45pm when the miscreants shot them, said MA Jalil, officer-in-charge of Badda Police Station.
