10 ‘yaba traders’ held in Dhaka

Detectives arrested 10 alleged Yaba traders along with 70,000 pieces of the contraband tablets from Darus Salam in Dhaka last night.

A team of Detective Branch of police also seized two private cars used by them, Dhaka Metropolitan Police (Ramna) Deputy Commissioner Maruf Hossain Sardar told The Daily Star.  

One of the arrestee was identified as Bhutto, the DC said.

The DMP is expected to hold a press briefing in this regard at its media centre later in the day.
