PM in London on way back home

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina arrived in London yesterday on her way back to Dhaka concluding her weeklong visit to the United States to attend the 73rd UN General Assembly session.

A British Airways flight, carrying the prime minister, landed at Heathrow International Airport at 7:15am (local time). Bangladesh High Commissioner Nazmul Quaunine received her at the airport.

Hasina will leave London for home by a VVIP flight of Biman at 6:20pm (local time). The flight is expected to land at Dhaka airport at 9:25am today.
