Shrine khadem among 2 killed in Munshiganj

Two women including a Khadem (caretaker) of a shrine have been slaughtered in Munshiganj town.

On information, police recovered the bodies of shrine khadem Amena Begum, 60, and Taizun Khatun, 48, of Bokchar village in Munshiganj Sadar upazila this morning, reports our district correspondent quoting police.

Additional Superintendent of Police Md Mostafizur Rahman said miscreants killed the duo anytime during the night.

Law enforcers are trying to unearth the reason behind the murder and identity the killers, the police official said.
