Thirty-five teachers of Shahjajlal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Sylhet have resigned from the administrative posts today.

The resignation comes amid a movement by a pro-Awami League teachers' panel demanding removal of Vice-Chancellor Aminul Haque Bhuiyan.

The teachers submitted their resignation letters to Registrar Ishfaqul Hossain around 10:45am as per their pre-scheduled announcement.
