Couple stabbed to death in Netrakona

A man and his wife were stabbed to death by some miscreants at Madhya Bazar in Durgapur upazila this afternoon.

The deceased were identified as Arun Saha, a local cloth trader and his wife Hena Rani Saha.

Rezaul Islam, officer-in-charge of Durgapur Police Station, said neighbours found the couple lying in a pool of blood in their house in the afternoon and informed police.

Later, police recovered the bodies.
