Doctors launch hotlines for patients of Covid-19 and other diseases

Physicians of Bangladesh for Bangladesh (PBB) launched hotline numbers to ensure health services to the patients of coronavirus and other diseases during the ongoing closure declared by the government in order to contain the spread of the virus.

The hotline numbers will be functional from 10:00am to 12:00pm and from 5:00pm to 8:00pm every day.

The service was launched on Sunday (April 12), according to a press release of the PBB.

Through the service, patients can contact physicians from home.

More than 100 doctors are connected to the network, the PR said.

The effort has been made to ensure health service for people so that they get it from home and Covid-19 does not spread in the country, it added.
