Kanchan polls: Star photojournalist’s press pass snatched

A group of people snatched the Election Commission issued press pass of a photojournalist of The Daily Star when he was covering elections to Kanchan municipality in Narayanganj this morning.

Six to seven people grabbed the photojournalist when he was taking photographs in front of the Bharatchandra High School polling station at Kanchan Bajar around 10:00am.

Whether they have any political affiliation could not be known immediately.
