Cabinet today approved draft law with the provision of not allowing former presidents who grabbed power illegally to enjoy pension allowances.

But those including their family members who did not take the facility since independence will be brought under the coverage of pension scheme, Cabinet Secretary M Musharraf Bhuiyan told reporters at The Secretariat this afternoon.
