Boy strangled to death in Moulvibazar
A minor boy has been "strangled to death" in Kulaura upazila of Moulvibazar.
Police recovered body of the victim from a tea garden in the area this afternoon and arrested three people in this connection, our local correspondent reports quoting police.
The victim was identified as Palash Shabdakar, 9, a student of class two of Shankarpur Government Primary School and son of Parimal Shabdakar in Balisree village of the upazila.
Police recovered the body from Kality tea garden owned by one of the three arrestees, Yardous Hasan, officer-in-charge of Kulaura Police Station, told our local correspondent.
Police sent the body to Moulvibazar Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy, the OC said.
