‘Lichur Bagane’ from ‘Taandob’ stirs online frenzy upon release
The latest song "Lichur Bagane" from the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha release "Taandob" has stirred significant buzz following its release last night.
Featuring Shakib Khan and Sabila Nur in a vibrant lip-sync performance, the item number has been sung by Pritom Hasan and Xefer Rahman.
Aleya Begum and Mongol Miah also lent their voices to the song alongside Pritom and Xefer. The composition and music arrangement were done by Pritom Hasan while the lyrics were jointly penned by Sattar Pagla, Pritom Hasan, Mehedi Ansari, and Inamul Tahsin. The music video was directed by Baba Yadav (India) and Ruhul Amin.
Notably, within just 30 minutes of its release on the YouTube channels of Chorki and SVF, the music video garnered over 80,000 views and nearly 2,500 comments.
As of now, the song has crossed 2,303,558 views on one channel, with another upload receiving over 432,162 views—indicating a swift and widespread response from audiences.
A YouTube user wrote, "This is the best item song to date. A superb combination of romance and puthi-style storytelling. Shakib, as always, delivers with flair, while Sabila Nur earns a solid pass in her debut dance performance."
Earlier, the title track of "Taandob", voiced by Sifat Abdullah, had been released.
"Taandob" is produced by SVF Alpha-i Entertainment Ltd, with Chorki as co-producer and Deepto as a collaborator. The film is directed by Raihan Rafi and stars Shakib Khan, Jaya Ahsan, and Sabila Nur, among others
