Protic Hasan, Ibrar Tipu to judge ‘Young Star’
Popular private TV channel RTV has launched a new music reality show for young people, titled "Young Star".
Composer, singer and music director Ibrar Tipu and popular musician Protic Hasan are all set to be the judges of the show with the slogan, 'Gola Chhere Gao'. Previously, it was announced that singer Porshi will be a judge on "Young Star".
Ibrar has previously been a judge for various reality shows. However, "Young Star" marks the debut of Protic as a judge in a reality show.
Both Ibrar and Protic are excited to be joining "Young Star", through which they hope to discover talented artistes who will contribute to the country's music scene in the future.
Registration for "Young Star", produced by Sohag Masud, began from September 10.
To participate, the age limit of the contestants should be between 12 to 22 years. Further details of the registration are given on RTV's website.
RTV Plus app must be installed on the contestants' mobile to submit the video via the app.
Contestants can also submit their song, sung with or without instruments, in the inbox of the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Rtvrealityshows.
