Rezwana Choudhury Bannya, Shwapnil Shojib’s music film releasing on Bengali New Year

Renowned Rabindra Sangeet exponent  Rezwana Choudhury Bannya and popular singer Shwapnil Shojib, along with 50 chorus singers, have come together for the music film "Mongolbarota". It will be released on Dhruba Music Station on the occasion of the Bengali New Year.

The musical compilation is a concoction of Rabindranath Tagore's "Sokatore Oi Kadiche Sokole" and English poet and Anglican clergyman John Newton's hymn "Amazing Grace".

Popular reality show Saregama-famed Saikat Biswas Goblo has composed the music while Shubhrabrata Sarkar has directed the video.

The song is produced by Dhruba Guha, and conceptualised by Shwapnil Shojib.
