Souls disclose 50th anniversary plans at press conference
Yesterday, Tuesday, Souls arranged a special press conference to announce plans for their 50th anniversary and their newly designed logo.
The event took place at a reputed club in the capital. Former and current members of the band came together to unveil the new logo.
Partha Barua, the band's vocalist and lead guitarist, told the media that they were planning their 50th anniversary for a long time.
"The 50th anniversary of Souls was a dream project of ours. We were planning about this for a long time. We are currently in discussion with various sponsors related to the programme. We will inform everyone as soon as everything gets finalised," shared Partha Barua.
The musician also said that have big plans for an international tour this year.
"We are planning on having tours both in our country and abroad. We will start doing tours at the end of August. We have also recorded multiple songs which will be released with music videos soon," concluded the actor.
Souls' current lineup includes Naseem Ali Khan on vocals, Partha Barua on vocals and lead guitar, Ahsanur Rahman Ashiq on drums, Meer Masum on keyboard, and Maruf Hasan Real on bass guitar. With their immense talent and a rich musical legacy spanning five decades, Souls continues to captivate audiences worldwide, leaving an enduring mark on the music industry.
