Renowned magician Jewel Aich has become a household name for his unique talents. Apart from being a magician, he is also a flutist. Besides that, he has a passion for painting.

In his spare time, he loves to write. He has already published two books.

"I don't always get the time to write. But whenever I feel like it, I try to write," said the Ekushey-Padak winning magician. "I have written about some of my fond memories in my two books. There are symmetries between those memories and my life. But I've never written an autobiography."

Jewel Aich's favorite pastime is reading books. In his personal collection, he has books by different authors from various countries. Whenever he visits a foreign country, the first thing he does is find out where the nearest bookstores are.

Last year, Jewel Aich was diagnosed with Covid-19, and admitted to the ICU.

"With the blessings and love of everyone, I am doing fine now. I have not stepped out of the house. I have been spending my time reading books," he shared.
