John Cena slams fans for mocking him with the ‘invisible’ joke

During yesterday's episode of WWE Raw, John Cena finally reached his breaking point with fans and did not hold back in expressing his feelings.

Making his first official appearance since his shocking heel turn at WWE Elimination Chamber, Cena made it clear that his drastic shift in attitude wasn't about himself—it was about the fans.

As the crowd showered him with boos and jeers, Cena blamed them entirely for his transformation.

He went on a heated rant, calling both his supporters and critics pathetic and envious individuals. He even took aim at the long-running "you can't see me" jokes that have followed him for nearly two decades.

"You steal my time, you have made me your friggin' toy," Cena declared during his promo. "I am object to you. You have made me the butt of a stupid, invisible joke for 15 years, and you still think it's funny. It's not funny, it is pathetic."

Cena's fiery speech was cut short when Cody Rhodes stepped into the ring, confronting him. Though the two didn't come to blows, Rhodes wasted no time in firing back and expressing hope that a different version of him would show up at WrestleMania 41.
