Afzal Hossain returning as ‘Choto Kaku’ for Eid
Ekushey Padak-winner Afzal Hossain is often called the evergreen actor. For several years now, he has been directing dramas centered around the "Choto Kaku" series, for Eid. This year, he will be bringing another new drama serial in the 'Choto Kaku' franchise. For this special series, he is currently directing a seven-episode drama for this year's Eid.
The shooting for this drama will start from tomorrow. This year's drama serial will be called "Pabnar Bhabna". In addition to directing the serial, Afzal Hossain will also be playing the role of 'Choto Kaku'.

He also added that audiences always have a lot of expectation from the 'Choto Kaku' franchise, especially during Eid. That is why he always puts his best effort forward when working on the Eid dramas.
"Pabnar Bhabna" will star Tariq Anam Khan, Jayanta Chattopadhyay, Wahida Mollick Jolly, Somu Chowdhury and many others.
The shooting for the serial will continue for a few days near the capital. The drama will be aired on Channel i this Eid.
In addition to this drama, Afzal Hossain has also directed a new film recently. His film titled, "Maniker Lal Kakra" is currently awaiting release. This will be Afzal Hossain's first directorial film. Ferdous and Sohana Saba are the lead stars in this film.
At the same time, Afzal Hossain has also acted in the film "Japito Jibon", which is based on the storyline of Selina Hossain's famous novel of the same name. This film is currently awaiting release.
On the other hand, the actor is also working in the Syed Salahuddin Zaki directorial film, "Oporajeyo".
