Arshad Warsi returns in first look of 'Asur 2'

Popular web-series "Asur" will soon be releasing its seconds season. The producers of the series confirmed the news and announced that season 2 would premiere on JioCinema this June 1. Season 2 will see Arshad Warsi reunite with Barun Sobti.

The first-look trailer for season 2 of "Asur" was shared on Wednesday. The video opens with a voice telling us that "the world needs a new order", as we witness all the characters looking for answers. In another intense scene, Arshad can be seen pointing his gun at a person, saying, "You are answerable to your God, I am answerable to no one." The one-minute-long video built a lot of suspense and left audiences wondering whether the "dark side" will indeed win this time around.

The mask that was frequently used in "Asur" season 1 also appeared in the new promo several times. Towards the end of the video, the show's makers have once again left hints that there is a dark side to Arshad's character.
