Aruna Biswas to begin shooting for directorial debut ‘Oshombhob’

Popular filmstar Aruna Biswas is all set to work on her directorial debut, "Oshombhob". Shooting of the film will kick off tomorrow at her hometown, Jabra, Manikganj. Besides directing the government funded film, the actress will play a pivotal role in it.

"My acting career began with the support of Nayak Raj Razzak, working with him in the same film," said Biswas. "Thus, before starting my directorial journey, I visited his house to honour him. I met his wife to take blessings from her."
 

She informed that the plot of "Oshombhob" will reflect the lives of rural people, along with representing 'Jatrapala' and the Liberation War.
