Rumours about renowned singer Britney Spears, who is married to actor Sam Asghari, having an extramarital affair have been going around for a while now. According to media outlets, the couple who have been married for over a year now, have split up over this matter.

As per media reports, Sam Asghari had believed the rumours and confronted Britney allegedly for 'cheating' which led to a huge argument between the two—to the point where the two had relentlessly screamed at each other. The "Toxic Pony" singer had denied all allegations regarding her 'having affairs outside marriage'.

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari got married last year in June 2022, and have been together since 2016. However, after the argument, the "Hot Seat" star is now living separately from his wife.

According to ET news, Sam Asghari has also filed for a divorce in court to end their 14-months long marriage.
