Dulquer Salmaan unveils 'King of Kotha' pre-teaser, introduces cast

After much anticipation, Dulquer Salmaan delighted his fans by sharing a pre-teaser of his upcoming Malayalam film "King of Kotha". The actor treated his followers with a short clip that unveiled the star-studded cast of the movie. The character introductions in the teaser were intriguing and added to the excitement surrounding the film.

"King of Kotha" has been the talk of the town since its inception, with certain scenes, including the climax, being re-shot. Dulquer Salmaan took a unique approach to unveil the characters by sharing a sketch-style video on Twitter. The video provided a glimpse of the cast, with Dulquer Salmaan's character as the intense 'King'.

The cast includes Shahul Hassan as Prasanna, Aishwarya Lekshmi as Tara, Nyla Usha as Manju, and Chemban Vinod Jose as Ranjith. Gokul Suresh will portray the role of Tony, Shammi Thilakan as Ravi, Shanthi Krishna as Malathi, and Anikha Surendran as Rithu.

"King of Kotha" is a co-production by Dulquer Salmaan's home banner along with Wayfarer Films and Zee Studios. The film is scheduled for a festive release during the auspicious occasion of Onam. Notably, "King of Kotha" marks the directorial debut of Abhilash Joshiy, with music composed by Jakes Bejoy and Shaan Rahman.

The first teaser for "King of Kotha" is set to release on June 28 at 6 pm. It will be unveiled in multiple languages, including Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi.

In other news, Dulquer Salmaan was last seen in the 2022 movie "Sita Ramam" alongside Mrunal Thakur. He will also be seen in the Telugu film "Praana", directed by VK Prakash.
