Netflix has officially announced that filming is underway for the third movie of the detective-thriller franchise "Enola Holmes", led by Millie Bobby Brown and directed by Philip Barantini. However, the release date for the film has yet to be finalised.

The streaming platform shared a photo of Millie Bobby Brown with her co-star Louis Partridge from the set and captioned it excitedly, "Your favourites have returned!!!! 'Enola Holmes 3' is now in production."

Millie Bobby Brown also posted a behind-the-scenes video that included Louis Partridge. In her caption, she wrote, "We're in production but not without @barantini at the helm. And so we begin."

The cast of "Enola Holmes 3" is rounded out by Himesh Patel, Henry Cavill, Helena Bonham Carter, and Sharon Duncan-Brewster. According to the official synopsis on Tudum, "Adventure chases detective Enola Holmes to Malta, where personal and professional dreams collide in a case more tangled and treacherous than any she has faced before."

The original "Enola Holmes" film, released in 2020 and directed by Harry Bradbeer, starred Millie Bobby Brown as Sherlock Holmes' younger sister. Its sequel, "Enola Holmes 2", premiered on Netflix on November 4, 2022, with Brown reprising her lead role.

Recently, Millie Bobby Brown introduced a wax figure of her "Enola Holmes" character at Madame Tussauds in London. She posed with the statue, which wears a vintage-style outfit consisting of a buttoned long-sleeved blouse and a flowing A-line skirt, reflecting her on-screen look.

In addition, Brown is preparing for the final and fifth seasons of Netflix's hit sci-fi series "Stranger Things".
