Ferdous gears up for ‘Juddho Jibon’
Throughout his illustrious 25-year career, the renowned actor Ferdous has consistently delighted audiences with outstanding films. This artiste, who enjoys equal fame in both Bangladesh and Kolkata, is currently engrossed in shooting for his latest project, titled "Juddho Jibon".
The film, funded by a government grant, is currently in production in Chattogram under the direction of Rifat Mostafa, with filming scheduled to continue until October 21.
Speaking about the upcoming film, the "1971 Shei Shob Din" actor shared, "This character suits me perfectly in terms of age. Furthermore, the depth of my role and the narrative of the story are exceptional. To be honest, this provides me with a tremendous opportunity to showcase my craft."
"Having come this far in my career, I now aim to be discerning in my choice of roles. I wish to participate in films that engage the audience's thoughts, elicit laughter, tears, and joy," he added.
Ferdous was highly content with his last portrayed role in "1971 Shei Shob Din", which received immense praise from fans and critics alike. He affirmed that every scene in the film resonated with the audience.
The star's upcoming film, "Juddho Jibon", also centers around the Liberation War and is currently in production in Chattogram.
"Chattogram is a city dear to my heart, as I often come here to shoot for my films," said Ferdous. "Being here truly fills my heart with joy."
In addition to "Juddho Jibon", Ferdous has several more films in the pipeline, including "Dampara" and "Maniker Lal Kakra".
