OTT platform Deepto Play is set to release five new Turkish films dubbed in Bangla this Eid, offering audiences a mix of horror, drama, and thriller storytelling. The dubbed versions have been voiced by Deepto's in-house dubbing team, with dialogues penned by their own writers. The films have been produced by Masud Miah.

"Dabbe 4" (Streaming on Chand Raat)

In this horror-thriller based on a true story, Kubra becomes possessed by a jinn on the night of her Mehndi ceremony. After a violent incident with her fiancé, she is briefly institutionalised. Her childhood friend Dr Ebru returns to the village to help her, accompanied by spiritual expert Faruk Huzur. As they delve deeper into her condition, they uncover dark black magic tied to a crime committed by their fathers, one that led to an entire village—Kubladar—becoming abandoned. Their mission to save Kubra soon turns into a struggle to save themselves.

"Whisper If I Forget"

This emotional drama follows two sisters—rebellious Hatice and introverted Hanife. Hatice dreams of becoming a renowned singer and falls in love with Tarik, a talented musician and son of a district commissioner. As their romantic and musical journey leads them to Istanbul, the story unfolds with the tension between dreams and reality, set against the backdrop of love, sacrifice, and ambition.

"Girls Robbery"

Facing debt and personal hardship, Gulay, a single mother battling cancer, decides to rob a bank with the help of her three closest friends—Bilge, Durdane, and Nihal. Each woman has her own struggles, and together, they take a bold, humorous, and dramatic step toward changing their lives.

"My Son"

Ali, a fisherman, raises his seven-year-old autistic son Efe on a boat. Though Efe does not speak or make eye contact, a chance encounter reveals his extraordinary talent for music. The film portrays a father's unconditional love and the discovery of a hidden gift that changes their lives forever.

"A Unique Life"

After the death of her husband, Nadide—a 50-year-old woman who once gave up her dreams for family—decides to reclaim her life. She returns to her studies, joins a sea research project, and defies age-based and gender-based stereotypes. Along the way, she not only finds academic success but also discovers a new partner and a renewed sense of self.
