Got to meet real-life version of my character: Siam
For the first time in Bangladesh, a cyber-thriller film, "Antarjal" is being made. The project is being directed by Dipankar Dipon and this will be his third film. Currently, it is expected that the film will be released during Eid-ul-Azha.
In "Antarjal", Siam will be playing the character of Lumin, who is one of the country's best programmers. On Friday, Siam shared a poster from the film and talked about his character.
Speaking with The Daily Star, Siam shared, "When I was offered this character, the director introduced me to a real-life version of Lumin. I tried my best to emulate that. There are people in all of our friend circles, who go abroad after completing their studies, in hopes of a better future. Lumin is a boy from Rajshahi, who had the opportunity to study in the US or Canada. Instead, he chose to stay here and go to a village, where he teaches young children programming."
The story for "Antarjal" has been written by Dipankar Dipon, Saifullah Riyad and Aasha Zahid. The script has been written by the director himself.
