He changed completely: Tania Ahmed opens up about split with S I Tutul

Actress Tania Ahmed has finally spoken about the reasons behind her separation from musician S I Tutul, following their 23-year-long marriage. While the couple had quietly parted ways last year, Tania Ahmed recently addressed the media to shed light on the circumstances that led to their divorce.

In her interview with online media outlet BBS Bangla, Tania shared that she had always made efforts to maintain their family. However, over time, various factors, including a lack of understanding, created a growing rift between them. She stressed that they tried to mend their relationship, especially given the societal pressures against divorce in their culture.

Tania candidly admitted that she eventually realised that their relationship had fundamentally changed, and they were struggling to coexist.

"The day I realised Tutul doesn't want to be with me, I blocked Tutul from everything. My children are with him now in US. So, I talk to them. However, I won't ever unblock him. I always wanted that S I Tutul with whom I fell in love with," she said. 

Tania further disclosed that the chasm between them began to widen with Tutul's rising fame. While they initially took pride in his success, it eventually took a toll on their relationship.

"I missed the man I had married and fell in love, the one who would save up to surprise me with heartfelt gifts on special occasions," she remarked.
