Hina Khan, who is in Saudi Arabia performing Umrah in the holy cities of Mecca and Medina, has responded to trollers who have been criticising her for 'doing a photoshoot' at a masjid. One user even pointed out in the comment section that it was a masjid, not a 'ramp.'

In a new post, the actress recounted her Umrah experience, regretting that she should have begun in Medina rather than Mecca. However, she could complete her Umrah, all three of them, exactly as she desired.

Hina shared new photos from a last-minute trip to Mecca. She is dressed in a purple robe and is seen smiling as she poses in front of the Kaaba. In her accompanying note, she explained how a 'farishta (angel)' inspired her to return for a third time.

She stated, "I can't believe this is happening. ok, let me tell you when I left home, I decided to perform three umrahs in one and a half days, which was practically and physically impossible. I misjudged, miscalculated, and didn't realise that I needed to go to Madina first, then Mecca, to perform Umrah during Ramadan. I did the exact opposite (no complaints) and thoroughly enjoyed my time and rozas in Madina Sharif but somewhere deep down, I was unsatisfied and a little sad that my Umrah remained incomplete."

"But I had no inkling that God had other plans. However, god sent a Farishta and we decided to return to Mecca for a few hours to perform umrah during Ramadan. God is great and all-knowing... pious intent and a humble desire to seek can never be dismissed at God's house," she added.

Hina then addressed all of the haters who had left derogatory comments on her posts. "And to everyone who has been passing judgment on me because of my religious posts... All I can say is that I am not a saint, but I believe in Neeyat (intentions), kindness, good karma, and good deeds. Everyone has to answer for their deeds up above. Spread love," she explained.

Hina is well-known for her roles in serials such as "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" and "Kasautii Zindagii Kay," as well as her participation in Bigg Boss.
