Karisma Kapoor returns to Bollywood after 11 years
Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor is returning to the silver screen after eleven years hiatus with her upcoming film, "Murder Mubarak". The film's story is adapted from Anuja Chauhan's bestselling murder mystery book, "Club You to Death".
The actress last appeared on the Indian silver screen in the film "Dangerous Ishhq" (2012).
According to media outlets, "Murder Mubarak" will be directed by Homi Adajania and is set to start shooting in the coming March. The actress recently confirmed the news by sharing an image of the film's clapperboard on her Instagram day.
On the other hand, the actress's upcoming web-series "Brown" is also being to be screened at the Berlinale Series Market Select.
Speaking about the web-series, the actress posted on her social media accounts, writing, "Brown goes to Berlin! Thrilled to know that Brown has been chosen as one of the 16 titles across five continents to screen at the Berlinale Series Market! Congratulations Team BROWN."
Karisma Kapoor was last seen on the web-series "Mentalhood" back in 2020. Fans will soon see the actress making a royal return to the entertainment industry portraying new and versatile characters both in "Brown" and "Murder Mubarak".
