Today marks the birthday of renowned actor Jaya Ahsan. Every year on this occasion, "The Beauty Circus" star prefers to spend some quality time with her family and friends. Moreover, fans and well-wishers have been showering her with their love on social media since this morning.
In a casual chat with The Daily Star, Jaya Ahsan shared her birthday experience at home up until now. She mentioned, "I have been enjoying my mother's special dishes since Eid day. On the occasion of my birthday, she is now cooking a 'special course' filled with my favourite dishes. I am also enjoying these dishes as well."
"I love to eat mango with milk. I also like 'malai cha' and many other types of food. My mother is preparing all my favourite dishes today," she added.
Sharing about her birthday experience, Jaya said, "Truthfully, a birthday does not need to be celebrated in a grandiose manner. I spent last night with my family, and we also cut a birthday cake. My friends and well-wishers have congratulated me. Their love is what's valuable to me."
When asked about the things that she is enjoying on her birthday, the actor replied, "I am enjoying the rain from my home. I like watching the rain and its enchanting sound."
When asked about the beauty of life, Jaya Ahsan shared that life is very beautiful. However, upon contemplating the question for a bit. She shared, "Life is beautiful, if you can make it meaningful. Life will truly be beautiful for you when you can make it meaningful with your deeds."
Currently, Jaya Ahsan's new film, "Ardhangini" which was directed by Kaushik Ganguly, is being screened in the cinema halls of Kolkata. The actor has successfully charmed the Indian audience with her performance, as the film has already finished its fifth screening week.
Speaking about the film, Jaya Ahsan stated, "The audience have quite appreciated 'Ardhangini'. As an actor in the film, I feel very good. For the film's promotional work, I had to stay in Kolkata for quite a few days. This gave me the chance to directly interact with the audience and have a share of their joy."
"I am grateful for the audience's response towards 'Ardhangini' and hope that they continue to shower their love to Kaushik Da's film," concluded Jaya Ahsan.
