'Made in Heaven' season 2 drops early on Amazon Prime
Your favourite wedding planners Tara (Sobhita Dhulipala) and Karan ( Arjun Mathur) have come early as the season 2 dropped yesterday on Prime Video India.
The series was expected to be released on August 11 at midnight. However, the makers decided to surprise the audience by making a grand entry on Wednesday.
Zoya Akhtar, who directed the first season with Prashant Nair, Shrivastava, and Mehra, shared the news with a video of herself enjoying the show. "Finally, MIH S2 is now available," she added.
The original cast are back and new additions have been added to the latest season. "Made in Heaven" season 2 debuted after a four year gap. The first season received critical acclaim and Mathur was nominated for an International Emmy.
The plot centers around two wedding planners and best friends, Arjun and Tara, in an anthology-style series about various couples, weddings, and relationships.
The new season, produced by Excel Media and Entertainment and Tiger Baby, contains the same cast, including Sobhita, Arjun, Kalki Koechlin, Jim Sarbh, Shashank Arora, and Shivangi Rastogi, as well as some new faces, like Ishwak Singh and Trinetra.
