While the hype-wave of "Mohanagar 2" is still riding high, noted actor Mosharraf Karim is currently occupying himself with a new tele-series titled "Golokdhadha". The shoot of the new series is already underway in Gazipur's Pubail area.

The "Mohanagar" star will be portraying the central character, who is a village youth named Sundor. Speaking about his role, Mosharraf Karim shared, "I am trying to embody the character in myself. It's an amazing character and I hope the audience likes it too."

Sequels to ‘Mohanagar’, Kaiser’ among Hoichoi’s new shows 

"Golokdhadha" is being directed by Shamim Zaman who will also be playing a role in the series.

Sharing his take on the series, the director said, "It's a remarkable story about a village where almost everyone lives in a mental labyrinth of their own. There's even a group of people who earn via tricking and deceiving people."

"Many lives were destroyed due to such trickery but the people who do this are not actually doing anything illegal per se," he continued. "The audience will find both entertainment and a message in this series."

On the occasion of Eid, Mosharraf Karim is all set to appear in multiple Eid special productions including "Shob Dosh Hassan Ali" and "Raat Jaga Shohor" amongst others.
