Mosharraf Karim’s upcoming film ‘Kurkab’ nears completion

Following his silver screen return this Eid-ul-Fitr with "Chokkor 302", Mosharraf Karim is gearing up for another cinematic venture—"Kurkab", directed by Noor Imran Mithu. With only one day of shooting left, the film is nearing completion.
Much of "Kurkab" has been kept under wraps, marking a reunion between Mosharraf and Mithu after their collaboration in the acclaimed film "Komola Rocket".
Actor Mir Rabbi will make a special appearance in the project, which largely features fresh faces in the cast.
Even though he's increasingly involved in cinema and OTT projects, Mosharraf Karim never misses appearing on the small screen during any festive occasion.
This Eid, he had a strong presence on television, and several of his dramas were well-received by audiences.
Meanwhile, plans are underway to release another of Mosharraf Karim's films, "Bildaakini", on Pahela Baishakh. Director Fazlul Kabir Tuhin shared with local media that they are aiming for a Bengali New Year premiere. Although the release had been scheduled on multiple occasions in the past, it was postponed each time due to unforeseen circumstances.
The film "Bildaakini" is based on the novel of the same name by Nuruddin Jahangir. Filming took place in Protisor, Naogaon, Natore, and also at the Bangladesh Central Jail.
The lead roles are played by Mosharraf Karim and West Bengal's actress Parno Mittra. In "Bildaakini", Mosharraf Karim plays the character Manik Majhi.
