'Netri: The Leader' and 'Jawan' have similar action scenes: Barsha
Ananta Jalil and Barsha have always been vocal about their admiration towards Shah Rukh Khan's film. Recently, the couple watched "Jawan" in theaters, and were fully blown away by the movie's action scenes.
"When I saw the movie, I could sense that they talked about human beings from different statuses and religions. It is a wonderful movie about love for one's country, " the actress stated.
Regarding action, the actress had a deja vu moment as some action sequences were similar to "Netri: The Leader."
"When 'Netri: The Leader' will be released, most of the reviewers might claim that we copied from 'Jawan.' However, we shot the film two years ago in Hyderabad, and surprisingly, most of the sequence matched with the SRK starrer film," said the actor.
Barsha also stated that "Netri: The Leader'" is being directed by an Indian filmmaker.
"It is impossible for us to make a film like 'Jawan.' However, we will always try our best when making our film. We were hopeful that we would release our movie on December 16, but sadly, we can't say anything as the election campaign will start during that time," concluded the actress.
"Netri: The Leader" is directed by South India's Upendra Madhav and Ananta Jalil. It also stars Ilias Kanchan alongside Indian actors Kabir Duhan Singh, Tarun Arora, and Pradeep Rawat, alongside artistes from Turkey.
