'Operation Sundarban' campaigns on Rickshaw at JU
The "Operation Sundarban" team landed at Jahangirnagar University yesterday, to promote their movie. They were warmly welcomed by the movie lover groups at the campus.
The entire team including Siam, Nusraat Faria, Ziaul Roshan, Manoj Pramanik, and Kolkata actress Darshana Banik, roamed around in rickshaws to promote their movie at the beautiful campus.
The trailer of "Operation Sundarban" was showcased at the Zahir Raihan auditorium of the university. Siam Ahmed said, "I want to invite you all to come and watch our movie 'Operation Sundarban' in theatres. Please keep your schedule free and come watch our film on September 23."
Kolkata actress Darshana Banik also reflected on her first journey outside Dhaka.
"I have come to Dhaka a lot but I never had the opportunity to travel outside Dhaka. I am really happy that I was able to come here and experience the fun environment. Please come to watch our film," said the actress.
Ziaul Roshan also shared an interesting story about how he didn't get the chance to study at the university.
"10 years ago, I came for the admission exam in Jahangirnagar but I couldn't fare well at the test. I never thought I would get the opportunity to come here and promote our film. It feels great to do a special promotion campaign in this wonderful university. I hope you will enjoy the film in theatres," said Roshan.
Nusraat Faria said, "Thank you everyone for welcoming us so graciously to your campus. It was a wonderful event and we are really happy to promote our film on this campus. Please come and watch our film on September 23rd as the movie is unlike anything you have ever seen".
"Operation Sundarban" has released two of its track - "Ovimani Roddure" and "E Mon Bhije Jay" on social media. The film revolves around the success story of the operation by RAB forces to make the Sundarbans pirate-free.
The film is produced by the RAB Welfare and Cooperative Society Limited.
"Operation Sundarban" is slated to hit theatres on September 23.
