Shah Rukh Khan recreates ‘DDLJ’ moment in Saudi Arabia
Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, who starred in the mega-blockbuster movie "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge," (DDLJ) are still one of the most recognizable on-screen pairs in Hindi cinema. Recently, the pair reunited at the inaugural ceremony of the Red Sea Film Festival, where their film "DDLJ" was the opening film of the prestigious festival.
Shah Rukh and Kajol recreated their famous scenes from the movie DDLJ, which enthralled the audience. The pair twinned in black for the opening ceremony and several images and videos from the event has gone viral all over social media.
One of the videos showcased, SRK singing "Tujhe Dekha To Ye Jana Sanam", while holding Kajol's hand as the audience applauds for the pair. Kajol in the latter half of the video repeats the dialogue "Jaa Simran Jaa" to which SRK replies wittily that "Mein Simran ko leke ja raha hu." ( I am taking my Simran with me). Audiences erupted in cheers and claps as they witnessed the iconic duo together after such a long time.
Shah Rukh also delivered his iconic dialogue from 'Baazigar' for Kajol at the event. He also received a special honour at the Red Sea Film Festival.
Apart from Shah Rukh and Kajol, AR Rahman and Priyanka Chopra were also present at Saudi Arabia's Red Sea Film Festival.
