Shah Rukh starrer ‘Pathaan’ finally released in 41 halls
Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan starrer "Pathaan" was finally released in 41 cinema halls across the country today. There will be 200 screenings every day.
The halls are: Star Cineplex (Basundhara City Complex, Shimanto Sambhar,SKS Tower, Bangabandhu Military Museum, Madhumita (Dhaka), Shyamoli Cineplex (Dhaka), Anando (Dhaka), Blockbuster Cinemas (Jamuna Future Park), Chitramahal (Old Dhaka), Lion Cinemas (Keraniganj), Magic Movie Theater (Diabari-Uttara), Madhuban Cineplex (Bogra), Movie Theater Grand Sylhet (Sylhet), Bali Arcade Cineplex (Chittagong), Silver Screen (Chittagong), Hi Tech Park Cineplex (Rajshahi), Chayabani (Mymensingh), Shapla (Rangpur), Chandrima (Savar), Darshan (Bhairab), New Metro (Narayanganj), Sena Auditorium (Savar) , Raj (Kuliarchar), Nandita (Sylhet), Modern (Dinajpur), Tamanna (Syedpur), Nabin (Manikganj), Purbasha (Swantahar), Liberty (Khulna), Shankho (Khulna), Manihar (Jesore), Ulka (Gazipur) , Raj Tilak (Rajshahi), Rupakatha (Pabna), Roots Cineclub (Sirajganj), Swapnil Cineplex (Kushtia), Shugandha (Chittagong), Madhabi (Madhupur), Razia (Nagarpur), Momo Inn (Bogra).
The importation of Hindi movies has been a long-standing demand of cinema hall owners. That demand is finally being fulfilled with the release of the Bollywood film, "Pathaan".
The advance tickets for the first and second days have almost sold out from the cinema halls. The film will be released from Action Cut Entertainment's own server. There will also be an e-ticketing system so that the distributor can track how much the movie is earning in real-time.
"Pathaan" is this year's largest Indian hit, grossing over Rs 1050 crore at the global box office.
It is also the most successful film in YRF's Spy Universe, which includes blockbusters such as "Ek Tha Tiger," "Tiger Zinda Hai," and "War." Salman Khan also made an appearance as Tiger in the film.
